Katherine has a BS in Molecular Genetic Technology from the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer center. She joined the lab in September 2009 and would eventually like to be involved in oncogenisis research.
When not in the lab, she enjoys camping and hiking, as well as volunteering with animal shelters.
